Elderly man whisked away from Winder, body of another missing men found in Buleda

An elderly man named Muhammad Hussain has been whisked away by masked men from Winder town of Bela district.

According to the details received by the Balochistan post, Mr Hussain, who works in Muscat, had returned to Balochistan for treatment of his eyes and was staying in Winder town.

It is not clear why the expat has been detained.

In another news, a dead body of a previously missing man was also found in Buleda town of Kech district .

According to the reports, the dead body of Hassan s/o Bahot, who was picked up by armed men a few days ago, was found in Buleda.

Missing person issue in Pakistan has raised questions time and again about the role of Pakistan’s intelligence agencies. International and national rights organizations often accuse Pakistani secret services and security institutions of being involved in these ‘abductions’.

The incommunicado detentions by security agencies are termed ‘abductions’ by campaign groups and local activists due to absence of any legal warrant to allow these arrests.
