Six people, including two drivers, have allegedly been forcibly disappeared in separate incidents in Balochistan’s Kech district.
According to reports, Asad, 33, son of Mehraj, was detained by Pakistani army personnel from his home in Nokeen Kohan, Mand, on the night of October 21, 2026. Asad works as a driver, and his whereabouts have remained unknown since his detention.
In a separate incident, Frontier Corps (FC) personnel reportedly detained Afzal, 41, son of Gul Muhammad, from his home in Seri Kalag, Gwarkop, at around 3 a.m. on October 19. Afzal also works as a driver, and no information about his whereabouts has emerged.
Meanwhile, local sources said Pakistani forces detained four young men during overnight raids on several homes in Mand’s Gobard area and transferred them to an undisclosed location.

The sources said personnel raided Shekari Pir Muhammad’s home at around 2 a.m., harassed women and children and searched the house. They took away a young man identified as Sameer Nasir, the sources added.
Personnel then entered another home, where they allegedly seized cash and other belongings and detained Waseem, son of Sattar.
According to the sources, forces subsequently raided Sawal Muhammad’s home, where women and children were also harassed. Two of his sons, Sagheer and Zaheer, were taken into custody.
The whereabouts of all four young men remained unknown.
The allegations of harassment and seizure of belongings follow similar complaints in Nushki, where residents recently accused FC personnel of mistreating them during detention and failing to return cash.
The residents said several people were detained from Killi Faqiran and released after questioning. Their phones and wallets were returned, but the money was missing, they alleged. When they asked for it, personnel allegedly told them: “Leave the matter of the money to God.”
