Three people who were allegedly forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces from different parts of Balochistan have reportedly returned home.
Ali Muhammad Karim, son of Karim Bakhsh, a resident of Miksar in Dasht, Kech, was allegedly forcibly disappeared on September 29, 2026, and returned home on September 30.
Muhammad Naseer Baloch, son of Abdul Nabi, a resident of Kachi Baig, Quetta, was allegedly forcibly disappeared on July 18, 2026, and returned home on September 28.
Similarly, Habib-ur-Rehman Baloch, son of Muhammad Ibrahim, a resident of Killi Qambrani on Qambrani Road, Quetta, was allegedly forcibly disappeared on September 8 and returned home on September 12.
Enforced disappearances remain a longstanding issue in Balochistan. Families, rights groups and political organisations have for years alleged that individuals are detained by Pakistani forces and intelligence agencies and subsequently held incommunicado, while authorities have denied involvement in many reported cases.
Human rights organisations, including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, have also documented reports of enforced disappearances in Balochistan.
