Reports have emerged of Pakistani security operations in several areas of Balochistan, with families alleging multiple cases of enforced disappearances following raids and search operations, according to local sources.
Residents said that on the night of February 8, 2026, Pakistani forces carried out a raid in the Gulshan Amirabad area of Hub Chowki. During the operation, several individuals were taken into custody.
Family members identified those detained as Abdul Rab s/o Juma, Mohammad Rahim s/o Juma, Abdul Razzaq s/o Juma, and Abdul Malik s/o Juma. According to relatives, the four men are brothers originally belonging to Mashkay Nokjo.
The families further stated that Shahzaib s/o Abdul Rab; Jahangir s/o Mohammad Rahim; Noroz s/o Abdul Razzaq; and Shahmeer s/o Abdul Razzaq were also taken into custody during the raid. Another individual named Dad Shah s/o Fazal Karim was reportedly detained as well.
Relatives alleged that women and children were subjected to physical abuse during the operation.
According to the affected family, Fazal Karim, described as a government employee associated with the police, was allegedly abducted earlier from Khuzdar district. His son Nawaz, also said to be a government employee, was reportedly detained. Dad Shah s/o Fazal Karim is additionally alleged to have been taken from Hub Chowki.
Separately, reports from Noshki district said Pakistani forces launched a large-scale operation in Killi Jamaldini and surrounding areas. Local sources claimed the area was cordoned off and house-to-house searches were conducted.
Residents alleged that civilians were beaten and that mobile phones were checked during the searches.
