Pakistani forces allegedly detained five more people after the arrest from the Kech and Bolan districts of Balochistan, and the dead body of a missing person was found in the Panjgur district, on Thursday.
According to reports, on Thursaday around midnight, Pakistani forces raided a house in the Meeri Kalat area of Turbat, a city in the Kech district, and allegedly detained two brothers who were identified as Qadeer Sajjad and Sagheer Sajjad, who used to transport oil on the border.
“Qadeer Sajjad was released after the arrest, regarding which we were not told the legal justification for his forced disappearance, while Sagheer Sajjad remains missing,” said the family sources.
The family appealed to the district administration for the immediate and safe recovery of Sagheer Sajjad.
On Wednesday, Pakistani forces reportedly forcibly detained a man named Kamran from the Mach area of Bolan. Since then, his whereabouts remain unknown.
Similarly, two weeks earlier, local sources told TBP that two people allegedly went missing by Pakistani forces from the Malant Tump area of the Kech district. The detainees have been identified as Saad son of Moosa and Farhad son of Ghafoor.
In another incident, a young teacher named Arsalan son of Islam was found dead in the Panjgur district of Balochistan, on Friday.
According to police, the body was found in Washuk area. Arsalan was reportedly missing since Tuesday from the Washbood area of Panjgur city. He used to teach in a private school. However, the motive behind the incident is yet to be ascertained.
