According to reports, forces raided a house in Tajaban area of ​​Kech, on Tuesday night and arrested two persons. The detainees are reportedly moved to an unknown location, their situation remains unknown since.

The two missing persons have been identified as Iqbal son of Miran and Dosta son of Haji Badal.

In the last few days, the number of enforced disappearances in Kech district has been on the rise. During the last one week, more than six persons have gone missing from different parts of the district.

The raids and enforced disappearances rise after the several attacks of Baloch “pro-independence” groups on Pakistani forces in the area. The media wing of the Pakistan armed forces, ISPR confirmed casualties of the forces personnel during the attacks.

In the last few days, a large number of women and children have besieged the Tump FC camp in protest against the enforced disappearances and demanded the recovery of missing persons.

In a similar incident, a man has gone missing after being detained by the Pakistani forces in Heronk area of Kech.

The abductee has been identified as Daulat s/o Hassan. As per sources, the forces’ personnel tortured and harassed the women and children during the raid.

According to reports from Sangabad area of ​​Kech district, Pakistani forces conducted house-to-house raids the other night and kept the people of the entire town out of their houses in severe cold.

Sources said that the forces have also subjected women and children to mental and physical violence while smashed the doors and windows of the houses. Their valuables have also been taken away by the forces.

However, the position of the law enforcement forces in this regard has not yet come to the light.
