Two men have allegedly been forcibly disappeared from Quetta and Karachi, while another man who was previously forcibly disappeared in Karachi has been recovered after 13 days.
In Quetta, 40-year-old shopkeeper Asif Ali, son of Ahmed Raza, was allegedly taken from his home in Killi Shaheed Haji Ramzan, Jabal Noor Bypass, at around 4:00 p.m. on 1 August 2026. He was allegedly taken by personnel from Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Counter Terrorism Department (CTD).
In a separate incident, 19-year-old shopkeeper Aslam Baloch, son of Sikandar Zehri, who is from Baghbana, Khuzdar, was allegedly detained and forcibly disappeared by Rangers personnel at Yousaf Goth Bus Terminal in Karachi on 13 July 2026. There is no information regarding his whereabouts.
Meanwhile, Abdul Majeed, son of Haji Ghulam Mohammad, who was reportedly forcibly disappeared from Malir, Karachi, on 29 July 2026, was recovered from Malir 15 on 11 August 2026, 13 days after his disappearance.
