A woman and her alleged paramour were shot dead by armed men in the Dera Murad Jamali area of Naseerabad district in the name of honour on Tuesday.
According to reports, two persons, a woman and a man were shot dead by unidentified assailants in Babakot area of Dera Murad Jamali in the name of honour. The attackers fled the fled unhurt.
As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and shifted the bodies to the District Hospital Dera Murad Jamali and handed over the bodies to the heirs after completing the medical and legal procedures.
Police officials said that both victims suffered multiple gunshot wounds that led to their immediate death on the spot. Police have registered a case and are began a search to arrest the accused.
