Gunmen shot dead an advocate of the Supreme Court in Quetta, the capital city of Balochistan on Tuesday.
According to reports, unknown gunmen opened fire and killed Advocate Abdul Razzaq Shar near the Almo Chowk on the airport road on Tuesday morning.
Soon after the incident, a large number of members of the legal fraternity and relatives reached the spot. The deceased lawyer’s body was shifted to the civil hospital.
Police said that all aspects of the incident will be investigated and the culprits will be brought to justice.
The Balochistan Bar Council announced a boycott of the court proceedings and demanded the arrest of the killers.
