At least three siblings died in a 3.6-magnitude earthquake on Friday night, which struck Balochistan’s Chaman, the border town with Afghanistan.
According to reports, a devastating earthquake struck chaman, due to which two mud houses collapsed in the Bilalzai Mohlla of Chaman. At least three children died, and five other members of the same family were injured.
The deceased include a boy and two girls who have been identified as 12-year-old Palwasha, 10-year-old Amina, and 8-year-old Sajawal.
The deceased and injured were shifted to the hospital. Panic prevailed in the area after the earthquake.
The epicenter was about 50 kilometers to the northwest of Balochistan’s capital Quetta, with a magnitude of 3.6.
