Military operation in Kolwah and Kilkor continues for three days, 3 dead bodies recovered on Tuesday.

According to reports, during the operation, gunship helicopters targeted houses in the mountainous areas of Hajiabad in Kolwah, meanwhile three persons, Raku, Daljan and Allah Dad, were detained by the Pakistani forces. Later, their bodies were found by the river bank in Madag area.

Sources told TBP that Pakistani forces had cordoned off the Madag, Tagni and Naha Ramegin areas and people are limited to their houses.

Two days earlier, seven people were killed during an operation in Kilkor. According to local sources, those men were in a house where gunship helicopters shelled. The army took the bodies into custody and subsequently handed them over to Levies authorities in Awaran.

The Pakistan Army’s media and public relations wing ISPR claimed in a statement that ten members of the Baloch armed groups were killed during the operation, but local sources said the men were unarmed.

A nationalist party from Balochistan, Baloch National Movement (BNM) has issued a statement in this regard saying that the Pakistani army has opened a new chapter of massacre by crossing all the boundaries of barbarism.

“In Panjgur, Pakistan’s savage army attacked unarmed people with gunship helicopters, killing seven people. Three more unarmed people were shot dead in Kolwah. Several people were injured in recent military operation while more than 40 people including families from Kolwah and Kilkor have been detained and disappeared in two days”, BNM statement read.

News of military operations in various parts of Balochistan has been frequently received but is often not confirmed or denied by government officials.
