A military operation has been going on in different areas of Panjgur for the past few days, 11 persons were whisked away allegedly by forces.
According to details, Six women along with five children of the same family were allegedly arrested and shifted to military camp during the operation Pakistani forces have recently launched in Gichak and surrounding areas of Panjgur district of Balochistan, which still continues.
The abductees have been identified as Zar Bibi, Razia, Dori, Shari, Shabana, Ganj Khathoon and the abducted children are in between 3 to 10 years old, named: Tamul, Noor Zeba, Saddam, Liaquet and Khuda Bux.
As per the reports, gunship helicopters, including ground forces are taking part in the military operation.
Sources told TBP that the operation was underway in Gichak, Chub Juantak, Lohdi, Panklanch, Goni, Gorki and other hilly areas. Meanwhile, gunship helicopters have been seen shelling in different areas.
According to reports, the forces have also set up temporary camps in Chub Juantak. The military operation has been further expanded to Shangar, Maladoni, Pezg and Gajali in the northeastern part of Raaghay area of Washuk district. Several houses were reportedly set on fire and several people were detained during the military operation. However, no casualties or arrests have been confirmed due to the siege and dismissal of communication lines.
Officials have not yet confirmed or denied the military operation in aforementioned areas.
