A resident of district Kech, has gone missing from Hub Chowki, the industrial city of Balochistan.

According to details, Amir Bakhsh son of Yar Mohammad was on his way home from his shop in Hub Chowki, since then his whereabouts are unknown. Amir Bakhsh hails from Tijaban town of Kech.

The missing Amir Bakhsh was working in a travel agency in Hub-Chowki.

The motive for the man’s disappearance has not been ascertained yet, but in the past, victims of such incidents have blamed the Pakistani military and intelligence agencies.

The Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), a campaign group by the families of missing persons has been protesting for more than a decade for the recovery of their loved ones.

The VBMP completes 4006 days of continues protest today, on Wednesday.

As per VBMP, as many as 45,000 Baloch men, women and children have been disappeared, who are languishing in Pakistan army’s torture cells.

VBMP also alleges that at least 5,000 missing persons have been killed and dumped over last one decade.
