Seven more men have been abducted from Kech didtrict of Balochistan on Sunday

According to details received by The Balochistan Post, seven persons have been forcefully disappeared by security forces in Turbat and Dasht areas of Balochistan.

A man named Noor Mohammed s/o Niaz Mohammed was abducted from Turbat city.

“Noor Mohammed was called to come to the market and was whisked away from there by Pakistani forces”, family said.

Whereas according to local reports, six more persons were abducted during the raids launched by Pakistani forces in Dash area.

Abductees have been identified as, Faqeer Mohammed s/o Khuda-dad, Tariq s/o Shafee Mohammed, Rafeeq s/o Lal Bakhash, Raheem Bakhash s/o Lal Bakhash, Umaithan s/o Raheem Bakhash and Saleem s/o Abdul Raheem.

Abduction-styled-arrests are common in Balochistan during search operations by Pakistani forces, but detainees are not produced in front of the court and are detained at undisclosed locations.

International campaign groups including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International accuse Pakistani security forces as the perpetrators of ‘illegal abductions in Balochistan’.

According to Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), a campaign group by families of Baloch missing persons, tens of thousands of Baloch men, women and children are under custody of Pakistani forces.
