Baloch Liberation Army, an armed organisation ‘fighting for independence of Balochistan’, has claimed responsibility for attack on Pakistani security forces near Panjgur.
Jeehand Baloch, the organisation’s spokesman, confirmed, while talking to media correspondents, that fighters from BLA were behind the attack carried out in Goran, an area between Panjgur and Balgitar.
Jeehand Baloch said four personnel of Pakistani security forces were killed and several others were injured in the attack.
BLA also tweeted from their official twitter handle about the attack:

Earlier, personnel of Pakistani security forces deployed on security of, Chinese funded multi-billion dollar project, China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), came under fierce attack by unknown gunmen near Panjgur. Local administration had also confirmed that attack was carried out against Pakistani security forces.
Jeehand Baloch said: “attacks on Pakistani security forces, organisations working under Pakistani military and their local agents deployed on CPEC route will continue to be targeted.”
Mr. Baloch said, Pakistan is using inhumane tactics against Baloch nation to strengthen its occupation of Balochistan. “We will strongly resist against them and will not rest until Balochistan achieves its freedom,” he said.
