The Baloch Students Organization (Pajjar) has alleged that the Station House Officer (SHO) of Khrotabad Police Station threatened and attempted to harass one of its central members, calling the incident a violation of constitutional, democratic, and human rights.
In an official statement released by the organization’s spokesperson, the BSO (Pajjar) claimed that the police action represents an effort to suppress their voices. The spokesperson stated, “BSO (Pajjar) is an ideological, political, and student rights organization that has always struggled for the promotion of education, intellectual awareness, and national consciousness. In this context, the SHO’s attempts to pressure our leaders are a deliberate attempt to silence us, which we will not tolerate under any circumstances.”
The organization demanded immediate action against the concerned SHO and called for an end to what it described as “state repression against student organizations.” The spokesperson further warned that if any harm comes to any member of the BSO (Pajjar) or if they face harassment in the future, the full responsibility will lie with the relevant state institutions.
BSO (Pajjar) reiterated its commitment to peaceful, political, and democratic struggle. However, the spokesperson emphasized that the organization reserves the right to use all legal and public means to protect its political rights, ideological identity, and the dignity and safety of its members.
