In yet another alleged fake encounter in Balochistan, three individuals previously reported as forcibly disappeared have been killed by Pakistani forces, according to local sources.

The Teaching Hospital in Turbat reportedly received the bodies of three individuals on Saturday, hospital authorities confirmed. The deceased were brought to the hospital mortuary under the claim that they were killed in an armed clash in the Hoshab area.

Local sources, however, claimed that the incident as a staged encounter. Two of the three victims have been identified so far, and both were previously in the custody of Pakistani forces.

According to reports, one of the victims, Imran s/o Abdul Wahid, was a resident of Dashti Bazaar and had been forcibly disappeared on April 9, 2025. The second, Hamid s/o Mola Dad, a resident of Absar, was reported missing since April 14, 2025. Families and rights groups allege that both were killed while in detention, and their deaths were later presented as the result of a counter-terror operation.

The identity of the third victim has not yet been publicly confirmed.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident on Friday night in Balochistan’s Panjgur district, a civilian named Lal Jan s/o Elahi Bakhsh, a resident of Zamuran, was shot dead when Pakistani forces allegedly opened fire on a moving vehicle.

According to the victim’s family, the vehicle allegedly came under unprovoked fire from state forces. Lal Jan succumbed to his injuries and was laid to rest in Turbat earlier today.
