The Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) on Friday has postponed the Medical and Dental Colleges Aptitude Test (MDCAT) till further notice. 

As per reports, Balochistan’s Health department had sent a letter requesting the PMC to postpone its MDCAT due to the ongoing floods by torrential rains in Balochistan. As a result of which, the PMC has decided to postpone the MDCAT till further order. Due to the destruction caused by torrential rains and flash floods in the region, the PMC has decided to postpone holding MDCAT test till further notice, an official notification to media stated.

The PMC had issued roll number slips to students for medical entrance tests earlier in the morning on Friday, which are reported to have been removed from the PMC website.
