A pro-independence Sindhi armed group, Sindhudesh Revolutionary Army (SRA) has claimed responsibility for several attacks in different parts of Sindh.

SRA spokesperson Sodho Sindhi said in a statement issued to media that Hasnain Arain, son of Seth Bota Arain, a Punjabi settler and businessman in Padain (Nowshero Feroze) was killed by SRA fighters. 

Mr Sindhi further said “SRA claims the responsibility for killing a Pathan settler named Taj Muhammad, a state spy in Larkana and attacks on railway tracks in Mirpur Mathelo (Ghotki) and in Padaidan area of  Nowshero Feroze.

“We warn all settlers to leave Sindh,” he added.

The spokesperson said that SRA reiterated its commitment to continue its struggle till the independence of Sindh.

It is to mention that SRA is fighting for the independence of Sindh from Pakistan. Sindh’s movement is the second, including the Balochistan’s independence movement in the country.
