Baloch armed organizations have claimed responsibility of several attacks on Pakistani forces in Balochistan on Tuesday.
According to details received by The Balochistan Post, United Baloch Army (UBA), a Baloch militant group has claimed the responsibility of an attack on a Pakistani forces picket situated in a hight school in Parom area of Panjgur district of Balochistan.
Mazar Baloch, spokesperson for UBA has said in a statement today “UBA fighters attacked a Pakistani army’s picket with grenade launcher and heavy weaponry, which resulted in killing three and injuring two forces personnel.”
In another statement released today by Lashker-e-Balochistan (LB), another Baloch armed group, taking the responsibility of a sniper attack on Frontier Corps (FC), Pakistani paramilitary forces in Hoshab area of Balochistan.
Lawang Khan, the spokesman for LB said that in that sniper attack one FC personnel was killed.
Whereas Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has taken the responsibility of an ambush on Pakistani forces convoy on China Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC) route.
Gohram Baloch, spokesperson of BLF said “BLF fighter carried an ambush attack on Pakistani forces convoy with heavy weaponry in Lashkaran Khaor area of Balgatar, which resulted in killing six and injuring 2 forces personnel”.
“Attack was carried out at the time when forces were patrolling for the security of the CPEC route” he added.
Pakistani forces are being attacked by Baloch militant groups in different parts of Balochistan and Baloch militants claim that Balochistan is forcefully occupied by Pakistan and they are fighting for their independence.
It’s pertinent to mention that, it’s the fifth insurgency going on in Balochistan region for last 2 decades.
