Two people, including a schoolteacher, were killed after armed men opened fire in Noshki district of Balochistan, police said.
The incident took place in Killi Jamaldini, where armed men opened fire near the library of Government Boys High School. Police said Haq Nawaz Jamaldini was killed on the spot, while schoolteacher Mohammad Akram Jamaldini was seriously injured.
Mohammad Akram Jamaldini was taken to hospital, but later succumbed to his injuries.
Police said the motive behind the attack has not yet been determined, while further investigation is under way.
