Baloch “pro-independence” leader and Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) chief Dr Allah Nazar Baloch has said that the Baloch movement believes in humanism “but not at the cost of slavery and subjugation”, in his first public statement on the social media platform Truth Social.
In a brief message posted on Monday, Dr Nazar wrote: “We believe in humanism, but not at the cost of slavery and subjugation.”
Baloch leaders frequently express their views on political and human rights issues through social media. However, due to what they describe as increasing restrictions and censorship on platforms such as X, Dr Nazar has chosen to share his position on Truth Social.
Sources familiar with Baloch political circles said Dr Nazar is expected to continue sharing statements on Truth, the platform associated with US president Donald Trump.
