Reports from the coastal town of Pasni in Balochistan suggest that Pakistani forces detained a local resident, Asif Hasil, and transferred him to an undisclosed location.

According to local sources, security personnel conducted a raid on a residence in Ward No. 1 late last night. Family members stated that the forces searched the house and questioned them about Asif Hasil, who was not present at the time.

They further claimed that later the same day, at around 7 p.m., personnel from the Pakistani military forces and the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) detained Asif from the Pasni checkpoint and took him into custody.

The family said that during the house search, security personnel confiscated mobile phones and carried out a detailed inspection of the premises.

Since his detention, the relatives reported having no information regarding Asif Hasil’s whereabouts. They expressed concern for his safety and appealed for information about his condition and location.

There has been no official statement from the authorities regarding the reported detention.
