Pakistan armed forces allegedly detained three young men during a raid in the Gogdan area of Kech district on Sunday, before moving them to an undisclosed location, according to local sources.
Witnesses said a heavy contingent of Pakistani forces raided the home of Muhammad Umar Dashti, where they detained his grandson Yahya s/o Waheed Ahmad and a guest, Sher Jan s/o Muhammad Anwar.
During the same operation, forces reportedly set up a road checkpoint nearby and detained another youth, Bilal Aziz s/o Haji Abdul Aziz, as he was returning home from a neighboring house.
Local residents told reporters that the families of the detained men have not been informed about their whereabouts or the reasons for their arrest.
