The spokesperson of the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), Major Gohram Baloch, issued a statement to the media claiming responsibility for a series of successful operations carried out by their fighters in various regions of Balochistan, including Bolan, Kharan, Quetta, Awaran, and Parom. The attacks involved assaults on security forces, the seizure of weapons from Levies, and the establishment of roadblocks, one of which led to the capture of a state official, Nasir s/o Hussain.

According to Major Gohram Baloch, the BLF fighters set up two separate roadblocks on the Sibi-Quetta highway near Pir Ghaib and Bibi Nani after receiving intelligence about the movement of state officials, including ‘state agent’ Nasir and his companions. The blockade lasted for six hours, during which Nasir was captured, while his associates managed to escape. Nasir is currently under interrogation and will soon face justice, according to the BLF.

The spokesperson further reported that during the blockade at Pir Ghaib, the BLF fighters launched a rocket attack on a post held by ‘occupying’ forces, resulting in the deaths of two personnel and multiple injuries.

In another attack, the fighters targeted a checkpost of occupying forces at Bibi Nani, using rockets and advanced weaponry. Two personnel were killed on the spot, and one was wounded, the BLF spokesperson said.

Moreover, the BLF fighters carried out a raid on a Levies checkpost in the Buzdad area of Awaran, seizing all weapons and supplies. However, no harm was caused to Levies personnel, as they are predominantly Baloch, the group said.

On Tuesday night at 8:30 PM, the BLF fighters launched a grenade attack on police personnel stationed at the gate of the Police Training College on the Sibi Road in Quetta, injuring two officers, the spokesperson said.

The BLF also claimed responsibility for firing multiple rockets at a central military camp of Pakistani forces in Kharan city. One soldier was reported dead and three others injured in the attack.

In a separate attack on Saturday night, at around 10:00 PM, the BLF fighters carried out a raid on the Dizz Levies checkpost in the Parom area of Panjgur, seizing all weapons and supplies. Again, no harm was caused to Levies personnel, the group claimed.

In another assault in the same region, the BLF fighters targeted and destroyed surveillance cameras installed at a military post.

The Balochistan Liberation Front took responsibility for these operations, reiterating their commitment to achieving an independent Balochistan. The statement made clear that until their goal is achieved, all ‘occupying’ forces, their infrastructure, and anyone aiding the state in suppressing the Baloch national identity would remain a target for the BLF.
