Pakistani forces have allegedly forcibly disappeared three people from Kech and Sibi districts of Balochistan. Meanwhile, a youth was released after reportedly enduring intense torture.
According to reports, a youth named Irshad Ahmed was allegedly detained by Pakistani forces from a Medical store in Turbat and subsequently shifted to an unknown location.
Similarly, another youth, identified as Nawaz Nadil, a 17-year-old, 8th-grade student of Balochistan Residential College (BRC), was allegedly detained by Pakistani forces from Gamshad Hotel in Turbat and moved to an undisclosed location.
In another incident, Gul Hassan Sabir, son of Khatta Khan, was detained on November 19, 2024, at 9 PM, in front of a bus stop in Sibi, Balochistan, as confirmed by his family today.
Meanwhile, Shahzaib, son of Allah Dad, who was forcibly disappeared from his house in Turbat, allegedly by Pakistani forces on January 7, has been recovered and has returned home. However, his condition remains critical due to severe torture.
It should be noted that enforced disappearances in Balochistan are not uncommon and continue to rise daily. Human rights organizations allege that Pakistani secret agencies are behind these enforced disappearances.
