The men have been identified as Ismail, a shopkeeper from Balnigor and son of Ishaq; Imran, a student and son of Sattar; and Dr. Liaquat Ali, a resident of Dasht.

Local sources said the men were on their way to Kadan to attend a poetry event in memory of Mubarak Qazi.

Dr. Liaquat Ali was reportedly taken in a separate raid in Dasht Muskar on the same morning.

The disappearances follow a recent attack on an FC camp in the area. Since the attack, forces have launched an operation that has reportedly led to multiple disappearances.
