A young Baloch man has gone missing from Turbat city in Balochistan, on Monday.
According to reports, the man was allegedly forcibly detained by Pakistani forces after being arrested from the Shahi Tump area of the city.
The missing individual has been identified as Dad Shah Baloch, son of Master Saleem Baloch.
It should be noted that enforced disappearances are a common occurrence in Balochistan. More than 55,000 people are reportedly missing from various areas of the region. Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, and political and social activists allege that Pakistani forces and intelligence agencies are responsible for these enforced disappearances in Balochistan.
