Pakistani forces have allegedly forcibly disappeared a youth from Kech district of Balochistan and released seven missing persons from Panjgur and Noshki districts, according to media reports.
According to details, a young man named Muhammad Arif son of Pir Bakhsh from Apsar area of Turbat, was detained by Pakistani forces on the intervening night Friday and Saturday and transferred him to an unknown location.
Speaking to TBP correspondent, the family sources confirmed the incident and added that Arif is a laborer who works at Gwadar stop.
It pertains to mention that the family members of Baloch missing persons are protesting against enforced disappearances in Turbat for the last fifteen consecutive days, while on the other hand, instead of releasing the Baloch missing persons, more people are being forcibly disappeared on a daily basis.
Meanwhile, Zahid Hussain, who was forcibly disappeared from Chitkan area of Panjgur on May 9, has been released. Additionally, six people, who went mising few days ago from Noshki, have been released and returned to their families. The said persons were reported missing on 23rd of June from Daringarh, Mastung, on their way back after a picnic from Ziarat.
Family sources confirmed their recovery, adding that the were released by the Pakistani forces near airport road in Balochistan’s capital Quetta.
