At least two people were reportedly killed in a firing incident in Turbat, the main city of Balochistan’s Kech district, on Tuesday’s night.

According to reports, unidentified gunmen on a motorcycle opened fire and killed two people in the Dannuk area in the outskirts of Turbat. Following the incident, Police rushed to the spot and shifted the bodies to the teaching hospital forensic procedures.

Speaking to the media, the police confirmed that the incident took place around 10 p.m., and even after 15 hours, the identity of the deceased could not be ascertained.

According to the police, the deceased did not have an identity card, mobile phone, or any other means of identification. Police have appealed to the public to help identify them.

Citing a local source, journalist Bahot Baloch confirmed that the men were from Punjab province of Pakistan.
