Salma Baloch, the sister of Sanaullah Noor, who went missing on April 6, 2014, has expressed her plea for the safe release of her brother after a decade of uncertainty. She revealed that her brother was allegedly forcibly detained in the Gichk Panjgur district of Balochistan.

Living in misery for ten years, Salma Baloch highlighted her family’s ordeal and mentioned her participation in the November Islamabad protest organized by the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) against Baloch genocide and enforced disappearances. Unfortunately, no information regarding her brother’s whereabouts was obtained during the protest.

In a bid for the safe recovery of her missing brother, Salma Baloch, in collaboration with Baloch Voice for Justice, will launch a social media campaign on Twitter on February 27, 2024. She urged social activists to raise their voices and join the campaign from 07:00 PM to 12:00 midnight, using the hashtag #ReleaseSanaUllahNoor to amplify the call for her brother’s safe return.
