On Wednesday, an explosion on an FC vehicle in Balochistan’s Chaghi district resulted in the immediate deaths of at least two Pakistani troops.
According to reports, unidentified individuals targeted a vehicle belonging to the paramilitary Frontier Corps (FC) 160 wing with an improvised explosive device (IED) near the main Drum market. This incident resulted in the death of two FC personnel and left three others with serious injuries.
Following the incident, security forces cordoned off the area and transported the bodies of the deceased personnel to a hospital.
The district administration has confirmed the attack; however, no group has immediately claimed responsibility for the bombing.
