Several children have been severely affected by the outbreak of Cholera in the Noshki town of Balochistan.

According to reports, cholera has taken the form of an epidemic, due to which many children are severely affected by it in Batto Ahmadwal and adjoining areas of Noshki.

There are also unconfirmed reports of children dying due to the disease but The Balochistan Post has not been able to verify the death reports yet.

While according to the locals, the health department has not yet taken any serious measures to visit the affected areas and prevent the disease’s spread.

Residents of the area have condemned the “apathy” of the health department and appealed to send teams to the affected areas on an emergency basis.
