At least seven more people have been forcibly disappeared allegedly by the Pakistani forces during the ongoing military operation in Dera Bugti district of Balochistan.

According to a TBP correspondent, Pakistani forces conducted several house raids during the week-long military operation in Gopat area and its surroundings — Where forces detained five people and shifted them to an undisclosed location.

The detainees include three members of one family who have been identified as Hasu Bugti and his two sons namely Murree Bugti and Khaira Bugti. While two other disappeared men were identified as Tharu Bugti and Ahmed Ali son of Karbari Bugti.

Similarly, two farmers were reportedly detained at a checkpoint of Pakistani forces in Dera Bugti. The missing farmers have been identified as Inayatullah son of Kohi Bugti and Usman son of Razu Bugti. They were reportedly detained by Pakistani forces at the China post in Sui tehsil.

While talking to the media, the families of both farmers appealed to the human rights groups and government authorities for the safe recovery of their missing loved ones.

However, government officials and human rights organizations have not commented on this ongoing military operation that started a week earlier and still continues.

As per reports, Pakistani forces have forcibly disappeared more than a dozen people, including two Levies officials and a 70-year-old man named Roshan Bugti in the operations in Dera Bugti this week.
