The recent incident involving the merciless killing of Ali Nawaz Zehri, witnessed by his grief-stricken mother, has sent shockwaves throughout the nation. This act of violence reveals the depths to which humanity can sink and underscores the urgent need for justice.

Ali Nawaz Zehri, a Baloch martyr, tragically joins the ranks of countless individuals who have become victims of the harsh circumstances plaguing our society. Similar to Hayat Baloch, who courageously faced eight bullets before his mother’s eyes, Ali Nawaz also fell victim to a brutal end. The prevailing economic crisis and widespread poverty have left no aspect of our society untouched. These unfortunate consequences of war have permeated the lives of individuals, leaving them exposed to unimaginable horrors.

In this specific case, a security guard employed by a bank in Quetta callously fired shots at Ali Nawaz Zehri, taking his life in front of his mother. Shockingly, allegations have surfaced suggesting the bank manager’s direct involvement, further amplifying the magnitude of this injustice.

Faced with such brutality, we must question who should be held accountable for these acts of violence. Whose cries for justice should echo the loudest? The affected families, burdened with immeasurable grief and loss, deserve answers and swift action against the perpetrators. It is our collective duty as a society to raise our voices and demand justice for Ali Nawaz Zehri and the countless others who have suffered similar fates.

We cannot remain passive and allow this cycle of violence and injustice to persist. The time has come for us to unite and demand accountability from those responsible. The security guards involved in this heart-wrenching incident, along with the bank manager who allegedly played a direct role, must be apprehended and brought to justice promptly. The Quetta community, together with concerned citizens nationwide, must rally together to ensure that such acts of brutality are met with the full force of the law.

This tragic incident serves as a stark reminder that we cannot be complacent in the face of injustice. It is our shared responsibility to stand up for the oppressed and strive for a society where such horrors are not tolerated. As we mourn the loss of yet another innocent life, let us channel our grief into a powerful force for change. Together, let us raise our voices and work towards a future where justice prevails and no mother has to witness the unimaginable loss of her child.
