Balochistan Assembly Member Zahid Ali Reki was injured along with several others in a car accident in the Nokundi area of district Chaghi.
According to reports, the MPA was on his way to Mashkel along with a friend and his security guards when he got into an accident midway in Nokundi. Their vehicle reportedly rammed into a trailer where Reki and his companions were critically wounded.
The injured were reportedly taken to the FC Hospital in Nokundi where they received first aid treatment. They underwent surgery in the Fahd Hospital after which they were flown to Karachi in an air ambulance for further treatment. Their condition remains critical.
