The dead body of a female professor found in Sardar Bahadur Khan (SBK) Women University in Quetta city, on Tuesday night.
According to Police, the dead body of assistant professor Dr. Shaista recovered from the hostel.
“We are investigating into the incident”, the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police said. The cause of the death would be determined after postmortem tomorrow, he added
The dead body of the assistant professor shifted to the Bolan Medical Complex hospital for postmortem. A large number of faculty members and students also reached the BMC hospital.
Police reached the spot and an investigation into the incident went underway.
Dr. Shaista belongs to Karachi and was teaching in the SBK for the last more than six years.
