Security officials have been active to re-arrest the prisoners released on orders.
According to the TBP Kabul reporter, after a fake order issued by the name of Afghan president Ashraf Ghani on social media, the Uruzgan prison authorities released 29 prisoners without verification.
All 29 prisoners including men and women were serving sentences of being involved in various crimes.
Security officials commenced an operation to re-arrest the released prisoners when the orders were found to be fake.
However, until the last reports, no confirmation of the detention of released prisoners has been received.
