Six men were injured as a result of an ambush on two cars in NaseerAbad district on Wednesday.
According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, unknown armed men ambushed two cars at ‘Baari Mor’ near Patt Feeder Canal. As a result, six men were injured, three critically. The critically injured were shifted to Sindh while others were under treatment at a nearby hospital.
All the injured were related to each other and belonged to Manjhoo tribe who were returning from a court proceeding in Dera Murad Jamali when they were attacked on their way.
Later, injured were identified as UC chairman Yar Muhammad, Raza Muhammad, Nazar Muhammad, Ghulam Sabir, Muhammad Akbar and Arabab Ali.
According to Manjhoo Shuri Police, armed assailants fled the scene after the attack while a search operation for their arrest is underway.
Police told that the attack was the result of an old enmity.
