Baloch Students Organisation – Azad (BSO-A) is set to run an online awareness campaign to mark the abduction date of its former Information Secretary.

Shabir Baloch, the then Information Secretary of BSO-A, was abducted allegedly by Pakistani security forces on 4th October 2016.

BSO-A announced that it will run the campaign on second anniversary of Shabir Baloch’s abduction to raise awareness about his disappearance.

BSO-A will use hashtag #SaveShabirBaloch from 4pm to 8pm local time of Balochistan.

According to a statement released on Sunday, BSO-A said that political activists are being abducted and killed in Balochistan on daily basis.

BSO-A said that organisation’s then information secretary was abducted on 4 October 2016 in front of his wife from Gorkop area of Balochistan. ‘He is missing even after passage of two years.’
