The Baloch Women Forum (BWF) has strongly condemned what it describes as the reimplementation of the notorious “Kill and Dump” policy in Balochistan, saying it raises serious questions about the state’s global human rights stance. It is nothing but a reminder to the Baloch people of their continued sense of alienation from the federation, the BWf spokesperson said, adding that in the past three days only, three lifeless bodies of formerly illegally arrested Baloch youths have been recovered in three different locations of Makuran and Naal (Khuzdar). BWF released a statement to the media, stating as follows:

Youth Face Illegal Detention and Execution by LEAs in Naal

In one instance, a young boy, identified as Farooq Ahmed, son of Noor Ahmed Miraje and a resident of Naal (Khuzdar), was illegally arrested on April 14, 2025—following the same pattern as other enforced disappearances in Balochistan. A day later, on April 15, his lifeless body was found in the Samad check-post area of Naal (Khuzdar), showing clear signs of torture.

Despite his young age, the security personnel showed no mercy and killed him as part of a series of extrajudicial killings. We decry the execution of our youths and demand strict action against everyone involved in such heinous crimes against the Baloch. We also express solidarity with his family during this sorrowful time.

Two residents of Pasni were arrested in separate locations—Pasni and Turbat—and later found dead in the same areas within a few days. These incidents have raised serious concerns among the public and disrupted the peaceful fabric of society.

Pasni’s Nizam Baloch – Case Facts

Nizam Baloch, son of Mehmood Baloch and a resident of Ward No. 1 in Pasni, Gwadar district, was illegally arrested from his home on April 12, 2025, and taken to an unknown location. According to local reports, he was detained by intelligence agencies. After enduring four days of torture, his lifeless body was dumped in Pasni on April 16, showing visible marks of torture.

Although he was arrested by law enforcement agencies, his arrest was unlawful, and he was never produced before any court. He was killed extrajudicially.

Pasni Youth Arrested and Executed in Turbat

In a separate incident, Sher Khan Nizar, son of Nizar Baloch and also a resident of Ward No. 1 in Pasni, was arrested without any notification or legal warrants on April 15, 2025, from the Jussak area of Turbat. A student and part-time laborer at a diesel depot, Sher Khan’s body was found behind the University of Turbat on the night of April 16, bearing severe torture marks.

His family had previously raised concerns for his safety, fearing the rising trend of extrajudicial killings of forcibly detained Baloch individuals. We denounce these criminal acts in the strongest terms and demand accountability for the law enforcement and security personnel involved in the arrest and murder of the Baloch youth from Pasni. We extend our deepest condolences to the grieving families and stand with them in this time of immense grief.

Growing Cases of Enforced Disappearances in Balochistan

Currently, numerous enforced disappearances have been reported across Baloch regions, affecting individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Eyewitnesses often claim that abductors are personnel from various law enforcement agencies. While some detainees eventually return, many are recovered lifeless, and others remain in illegal detention.

We demand an immediate and unconditional end to the enforced disappearances of Baloch individuals, which have severely disrupted peace and stability in Baloch society. We also call upon the authorities to hold all individuals involved in such practices accountable without delay.
