The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for five separate attacks targeting Pakistani security forces in Gwadar, Mastung, Zamuran, and Kolwah.

In a media statement, BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch said that on March 15 at 7:15 PM, BLF fighters launched a grenade attack on the main security checkpoint of the Coast Guard’s central camp in Gwadar city, injuring two personnel.

The attack reportedly targeted the checkpoint at the main entrance gate, where two Coast Guard personnel were standing at the time. The group claimed its fighters successfully withdrew using guerrilla tactics.

Later that evening, at 8:30 PM, BLF fighters targeted a security checkpoint on Gwadar Airport Road, using automatic heavy weapons. The spokesperson claimed that the attack resulted in the death of one soldier and injuries to another.

The group further claimed responsibility for an attack at 6:45 PM on March 15 in Kili Zhili, Mastung, where its fighters reportedly seized control of a police checkpoint. According to the BLF, its fighters confiscated two rifles from three police personnel stationed at the checkpoint before retreating from the area.

Earlier the same day, at 3:00 PM, BLF fighters launched a coordinated assault on a security forces checkpoint in Kotan, Zamuran. The group said it carried out a two-pronged attack using heavy weapons, inflicting “heavy casualties and material losses” on Pakistani forces.

The BLF also claimed that on March 14, Pakistani forces had conducted an operation in the Sigkag and Shapkol areas of Kolwah, raiding a house. The group said its fighters, positioned nearby, targeted two surveillance drones, successfully downing one.

The BLF took responsibility for all five attacks and called upon Baloch youth to “unite against the enemy’s anti-Baloch policies and actively participate in the Baloch independence movement.”
