Pakistani security forces have launched a large-scale military operation in the Kulbar area of Tump, district Kech, Balochistan.
According to local sources, military helicopters were spotted in the area around 1 p.m. on Saturday, with aerial activity continuing into the evening. Ground forces have also been deployed, with a significant presence of Pakistan Army personnel reported.
As of yet, no official statement has been released by the authorities regarding the purpose or details of the operation.
This development follows a series of military operations in various parts of Balochistan. A large-scale operation was recently conducted in Bolan and surrounding regions, with similar operations reported in Kalat and Mastung.
Previously, the Pakistan Army claimed to have killed two individuals during an operation in Kalat. However, it was later alleged that the encounter had been staged.
