On the occasion of International Women Day, several Baloch women took to the streets against the enforced disappearance and arrests conducted by the Iranian regime in Western-Balochistan.
According to reports, women protested and carried out a rally for the recovery of activists in Khash, Ismailabad area of Iran-administered Balochistan on Wednesday.
On this occasion, women and children holding placards shouted slogans –demanding the release of political activists.
The rally marched in different streets of Khash and the participants demanded the immediate release of political prisoners and an end to the arrest of protestors.
The protesters said that political activists are being arrested and tortured on daily basis, which is unacceptable.
International human rights organizations have expressed concerns over the use of force and arrests of protesters in Baloch-dominated areas.
So far, the number of people arrested and injured in the protests in Iran-administered Balochistan has reached hundreds.
