The federal interior minister of Pakistan, Rana Sanaullah said that foolproof security would be provided to Chinese nationals in Gwadar.

The federal interior minister visited Gwadar and reviewed security arrangements for the Chinese nationals.

“All locals and foreign nationals would be provided foolproof security”, the Minister said. He reviewed the security arrangements.

The Minister was thoroughly briefed about the law and order situation in Gwadar and Mekran. The federal interior secretary, Yousaf Naseem Khokhar, the Chief Secretary of Balochistan, Abdul Aziz Uqaili, the Inspector General of Balochistan Police, Abdul Khaliq Sheikh, and other high-ups officials were also present on the occasion.

Rana Sanaullah stated that one percent of all CPEC projects are allocated for security purposes.
