A court in Quetta, Balochistan’s capital city has sentenced two accused rapists for 6 years of imprisonment on Monday.
According to reports, A court in Quetta court has convicted two accused to six years of imprisonment for their involvement in the rape of a 13-year-old student. Dawood Khan Nasar, the District and Session Judge Quetta announced the judgment.
The court also fined both the accused of subjecting the minor boy to sexual abuse. According to the prosecution, the two accused identified as Juma Khan and Shamsullah had subjected a 13-year-old minor boy to sexual abuse on January 6, 2020.
The minor boy was studying in class seven in the Brewery road area of Quetta. Police investigated the case and presented the challan before the court.
The judge after hearing the arguments and going through the record convicted both the accused to three years RI each for subjecting the minor to sexual abuse.
