The military fort was attacked in Qamar-Din Tehsil of Zhob district

According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, multiple rockets were fired from nearby mountains landed in a military fort established in Qamar Din Tehsil of Zhob district.

Today’s rocket attack came after another attack carried out yesterday on a paramilitary force’s training centre in the northern district, Loralai, where four militants had stormed the facility, killing four soldiers and injuring two others.

The rocket attack in Zhob has been claimed by Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan(TTP).

Muhammad Khurasani, a spokesperson for TTP, said that their fighters had fired five rocket on the military fort.

It is pertinent to mention, Loralai attack was also claimed by TTP, and according to reports, attacks were directly claimed by TTP’s Balochistan chapter, instead of central media channels of Umer Media.
