8 people were killed in two separate incidents in khuzdar district
According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, seven people, including women and children, lost their lives when a Karachi-bound passenger bus collided with a truck near Khuzdar city last night.
The tragic incident took place near Zaawa area in Khuzdar district. As a result, 7 people lost their lives and 23 others were injured who were later shifted to Civil hospital Khuzdar.
Levies sources told media, the passengers were going to a marriage ceremony and belonged to the Hindu community.
In another news, a seven-year-old child died due to snake bite in Zehri tehsil of Khuzdar district on Friday.
According to the details, seven-year-old Waheed Ahmed was bitten by a venomous viper snake in ‘Baghabi Kochahu’ village in Khuzdar.
Waheed Ahmed was rushed to the nearest hospital but could not survive due to the unavailability of vaccines in the hospital.
Locals were angered over the negligence of health department who had failed to provide vaccines and other facilitation to the hospital.
