A mother of a Baloch missing person has pleaded international human rights organisations to play a role in recovery of her missing son.

Bibi Hori, mother of missing Nasir Hussain, said that her son was ‘abducted’ by Pakistani secret services on 26 June 2018 from Hub Chowki in Balochistan.

‘He was taken to an undisclosed location and is missing till this date,’ Bibi Hori said.

She requested Balochistan’s Chief Minister, Jama Kamal, and humanitarian groups to play a role in recovery of her missing son. ‘My son is innocent and suffers from Kidney disease. His life is under grave danger’, Bibi Hori said.

She added that despite his ill-health, he was the lone bread earner of the family and worked with a barber.

‘I have been living a life of destitution and hardship since Nasir has gone missing,’ Bibi Hori said.

She claimed that local elders close to the state authorities confirmed to him that his son is in state custody and will be released soon.

She pleaded Chief Justice of Pakistan, Saqib Nisar, and humanitarian organisations to help her find her missing son.
