BLF has claimed responsibility for today’s target killing in Turbat city in which a personnel of FC was killed.

According to local TBP correspondent, a personnel of Frontier Corps (FC), a paramilitary Pakistani force, was killed in broad daylight in Turbat city.

The assailant pillion riders targeted FC personnel identified as Nayik Hakeem Jan near National bank on Turbat main road. The assailants also took away official weapon of the personnel.

Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF), one of Balochistan’s most active armed groups, has claimed responsibility for the attack. 

BLF’s spokesman, Goharam Baloch, said in a statement released to the media that BLF fighters were behind the attack in Turbat city.

Goharam Baloch said that Pakistani forces have dozens of checkpoints in Turbat city but we will force them to leave Balochistan with such attacks.

BLF said its attacks on Pakistani forces will continue.
